JackLee Construction is a full-service general contracting and construction management company with extensive restaurant, club, office and commercial experience throughout the Chicago area.
We believe that working as a team with the architect and owner is the most successful and cost effective way to ensure that out clients reach their goals.
Beginning at the point of the project's inception, we work with our clients to develop preliminary budgets for use in the project planning. Once the project is past the planning stage we send it out to multiple subcontractors to ensure that we receive competitive bids and the best possible pricing. Finally, we value engineer the project and offer alternative options which result in better functionality and cost savings.

Brett McDonald
Brett McDonald has been a General Contractor + Project Manager for the past 17 years. When he first came into the industry, he was a former graphic designer who began as a laborer. He quickly transitioned into a superintendent role and then continued to put in the work to become a project manager and ultimately start his own company. Brett's experience is invaluable as he has worked in every aspect of the industry and, as a result of his incredible work ethic, worked his way to the top.
PROJECT MANAGER
Colleen Ellsworth
Colleen has a breadth of knowledge on all areas of the construction industry after spending her career working in a variety of rolls including estimating and project management. At JackLee, Colleen is responsible for internal operations, accounting and purchasing. Her start in the industry was by happenstance when she took a temporary job in construction and now, 21 years later, she has worked her way to the top. Much of Colleen's success comes from the effort she puts in to making sure every client and unique situation is handled as if it was her very own.
PROJECT MANAGER
JOSH LADUE
Josh has worked has worked in the construction industry for 11 years. Before becoming a project manager, superintendent and estimator he spent a number of years working in various other trades- this experience has given him an expansive knowledge base necessary for problem solving during construction, making him a incredible asset for the JackLee team.
